List of Documents required at the time admission:

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria shall produce the original copy along with 5-set Photo copies of the following documents at the time of admission

1. NEET Hall ticket
2. NEET marks card
3. 10th / SSLC marks card
4. 12th /PUC marks card
5. Transfer certificate/Leaving Certificate
6. Migration certificate ( Only for Non-Karnataka students)
7. Caste certificate / income certificate ( SC, ST & OBC students)
8. Photocopy of Aadhar card of the Candidate and Parents
9. 12 passport size photographs with white Background
